SCRIPTURE: 1 Timothy 2:8-15

8: I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
9: In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: HOLY HANDS ARE PRODUCED BY HOLY HEARTS

Prayer is more than a religious exercise; it is the lifestyle of those who walk in fellowship with God. While many believers focus on asking God for their needs, this passage reminds us that the effectiveness of our prayer is closely connected to the way we live. God desires worshippers whose hearts, attitudes, conduct, and relationships reflect His holiness.
